Big God, Small Problems

"Do not be afraid of sudden terror, nor of trouble crime the wicked when it comes." Proverbs 3:25

There are lots of things going on these days that can definitely leave us unsettled. Some of the things are natural disasters, viruses, and people. These elements are going to come against us and will not only continue but get even worse. How are we supposed to handle this?

First and foremost is to not be in fear over any of it. Fear is the number one tool the enemy uses to control. We serve a big God who has and always has had a way of escape for those who put their trust in Him. We have His guarantee in writing. Is God bigger on the inside of you than the circumstances around you? We spend way too much time on the problem instead of the answer.

A number of years ago, a family in Florida was facing a hurricane. All the reports said that the area where they lived was going to be hit the hardest. When all their neighbors went into panic mode, this family went into prayer mode. They prayed protection over everything inside their property line. When the storm ended, that neighborhood looked like a bomb went off. There was extensive damage everywhere except for one piece of property. This family got into "The secret place of the Most High" and stayed there! They didn't lose any limbs on their trees or shingles on the roof. Everything was perfectly intact.

You either have a small God and big problems or a big God and small problems. It's your choice.
