A Work In Progress

God doesn't see us like how other people see us; he sees us the way He created us. After all, He is a faith God. He calls those things that aren't as if they already were.

God isn't blind! He sees all of our faults, our shortcomings, and our failures, but He doesn't speak those over us. God sees your latest mistake, and calls you chosen. He hears your conversation that may not be as wholesome as maybe it should be, and calls you royal. He knows all about the choices you make, and calls you His special one.

If you and I will speak what God speaks over us, I guarantee that, over time, we all will become what God already sees.

Here's a way to do it; write this verse and others on a card and place it on your bathroom mirror. As you get ready for your day, declare this verse over yourself. Don't worry about blowing it during the day, you will! Ask forgiveness if you need to, but just move on. You are a work in progress, so just keep moving forward.
