Where is God?

The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good. Proverbs 15:3

When we see bad things happen, we tend to ask where God was? Why didn't He intervene? Didn't He see what was going on? He sees and comprehends everything! He made man free to do as he wishes without Divine intervention. That doesn't mean He ignores what is going on or looks the other way.

God is long suffering with man and it's definitely not His desire to watch people go into an eternity without Him. There is coming a day when every action of man, both good and bad, will be revealed in complete detail. That is when judgment will be handed out. Until that time, it is our job to show the goodness of God in all places.

When bad things happen, it is often because we don't take our authority over those situations. We don't control people, but we do have authority over the evil behind the actions!
