God Is Faithful

God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:9

I have been at the Christian walk a long time, and I still have a hard time fathoming the faithfulness of God. Once He has given His word, there is no backing down from it. That kind of commitment is hard to come by.

There are a lot of Christians who earnestly believe that God is a half-step away from His judgment on this world – that His patience with the whole thing is running out. Well, all you have to do is read the end of the Book to see how things end. God will not deviate from that plan for a moment. As you go through your day today, dwell on the reality that God loves you, and His faithfulness to you knows no end.
