If You Want God Results

Put me in remembrance; Let us contend together; State your case that you may be justified. Isaiah 43:26

"O God, I don't know what to do. If you don't come through for me I'm done for. Please help me now". That is the kind of prayer God can't do anything with because He doesn't have anything to work with. You see, God doesn't watch over your word to perform it, He watches over His word to perform it. (Jeremiah 1:12)

If you want God results, do what God wants. Find verses that apply to what you are going through and read those verses to God in your prayers, reminding Him of what He said. Next, believe that you receive the results you desire by building yourself up in the verses you are standing on. Then ask Him if there are any changes you need to make. That's why this verse says to contend together. You are expecting things from God, and He is expecting things from you. Finally, be in this for the long haul, no matter how long it takes. Ephesians 6:13 tells us to stand and keep standing. Don't ever give up!
