Complexity of God

"[God] chose us in Christ before the foundation it the world..." Ephesians 1:4a

It is such a mystery to me how God can be so immense that He could create the universe, so detailed that the smallest insect is complete in every way, and so loving that He had the redemption of man all worked out before the earth was even formed. God isn't like man, shooting from the hip or being reactionary to events. He didn't wait for man to sin to make a plan to save him. God had the plan before He had the man!

The complexity of God makes my head tilt. I don't understand it, but I accept it. He knows each of us better than we know ourselves. Think about this as you go through your day today- Jesus died to set you free from every plot satan devises to keep you in bondage.
