The Ones With Authority

"For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways." Psalm 91:11

Each one of us has at least one angel assigned to us at all times. Their job is to watch over us and protect us. Why do bad things still happen to us? Let me ask this, Why do we ignore them most of the time? As I stated the other day, they don't spring into action based on our words. They listen to the voice of God's word that we speak.

So, why don't angels keep the demons at bay? The simple answer is we are the ones with the authority. If we aren't doing what God gave us the authority to do, His angels are pretty much sidelined in what they need to do. I do not have the gift of seeing into the spirit realm, but I know it exists and that there are angels and demons around me at all times. What I speak gives one or the other access to my life. I have seen both on scattered occasions, and I can tell you angels are much more pleasing to look at and a whole lot better to work with!
