I Win

Have you ever been in a faith fight that didn't end well? I think it’s safe to say we all have. I remember the first few times I used my faith to get my needs met, I failed. Most of the time I just quit until the next opportunity. What I have since learned is, when it comes to faith, the battle only ends if I win or quit. In other words, I keep at it until I win.

There is no way for the adversary to win if I don't quit. Going through cancer treatment wasn't easy, and, to be perfectly honest, there were times quitting would have been the easy way out. The thing is, that was never an option I thought about. I can say in all honesty that there never was a time I thought I wasn't going to live. When things got hard, I dug into the word more. I can be beat, but Jesus can't. There are still hard days and challenges to overcome. There are battles to fight that may seem insurmountable, but they really aren't. You see, Jesus has already won! I'll just follow His lead and I will win.
