Wisdom and Understanding
Wisdom rests in the heart of him who has understanding, but what is in the heart of fools is made known. Proverbs 14:33
I worked with a guy several years ago that did things I had never seen done before. It wasn't cutting-edge stuff, but rather odd. What he did just made me shake my head. I never said a word about it to him, I just let it go. You see, I had some wisdom he didn't have. The sad part was that he was so sure of his direction that he didn't seek any input. It's not necessary to go around straightening up other people. If they aren't seeking help, then you are in their way and a hindrance to their folly or madness, whichever the case may be. Having wisdom doesn't mean you need to correct people. A lot of times it means to let it go.
