"Wisdom" of the World

Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 1 Corinthians 1:20

There are lots of people with lots of ideas going in lots of directions, not doing anything of lasting importance. The wisdom of this world is not the wisdom of God. He wants people to seek His wisdom for earthly matters, but He will not force His wisdom on anyone. The thing is, once you have God's wisdom, you can see right through the "wisdom" of the world.

One thing I have watched is in the area of racism. To hold people today accountable for things that took place hundreds of years ago is lunacy. It also is contrary to the word of God that each person is judged according to his own actions. When you have a problem that has been around for 50 years without being solved, the only conclusion I can come to is the problem is the answer. That's not the wisdom of God.

God has the right answer for every problem man has, but He won't interfere with those who don't want His wisdom. He will just stand back and watch. I plan on tapping into the wisdom of God in everything I do!
