Our Own Actions

"So then each of us will give account of himself to God." Romans 14:12

There is a movement today that teaches we must apologize for all the things that happened in past generations. That teaching had no basis in any kind of truth. It is a lie from beginning to end. The Bible clearly teaches that each one of us will be judged according to our own actions. There is no such thing as collective judgment. When Adam, Eve, and satan stood before God for eating the forbidden fruit, each one of them was judged individually, even though it was a collective action.

We need to be ready to refute stupidity whenever it tries to come against us. We can't do that by arguing over beliefs, but by proclaiming the word of God in those situations. No weapon formed against you will prosper when you put God's word to work on your behalf! See Isaiah 54:17.
