A Song for His Children

"The Lord your God in your midst, the mighty One will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17

I love this verse because it shows us a side of God we don't really know much about. First off, He is happy with you and loves spending time with you. God is totally head over heels in love with you.

As parents, we are totally in love with our kids. We don't care for some of the choices they make, but we wouldn't trade them for the world. God is like that with us. He is just waiting for you to get up in the morning so He can spend the day with you. God has a voice, and He sings. Can you imagine what He sounds like? According to this verse, He has written a song just for you, and He loves singing to you! I find it difficult to adequately express the depth of love He has for each of His children!
