Right and Wrong

"Though they join forces, the wicked will not go unpunished..." Proverbs 11:21a

Right and wrong are not decided by majority rule. There, I said it! There is a trend these days that something is so if enough people say it's so. It just doesn't work that way. If God says something is wrong, a billion people saying it's right is not going to change His mind.

There are certain situations where the majority does rule. A city council can make an ordinance, but if no one goes along with it, it's not going anywhere. However, something like that is far different than crossing the line into God's territory.

I heard a young lady say there are 64 different sex identities. God created them, male and female. (Genesis 1:27) Who do you suppose is going to win that one? We can say whatever we want; that is the way God made us. His desire is that all men would choose to go His way. However, if man chooses to cross that line, then he has also chosen the consequences that go along with that decision.
