Our Job

We don't study the word to please God; we study to make His thoughts our thoughts. Our goal should be to think and speak the way God does.

Contrary to common belief, God doesn't move on our behalf based on our needs or by how much we beg. He has given us everything we need to succeed, but He's not going to do our work for us.

There are some things God has assigned us to do. One of those is to get the word into our mind and spirit. Another job is to use His Word to change our circumstances. We all need God's healing at times, but He has done everything He's going to do to provide it. Jesus isn't going to get back on the cross for our healing.

We enforce His provision by speaking His word.
