Just a Little Time

Have you ever started a project only to get sidetracked by details that don't make much difference? I think I would be correct in saying we all have. I may be a pro at this one. I'll start a project, then see something else that needs to be done, and before you know it, I'm going in a totally different direction. Sometimes, I have to remind myself to keep the main thing the main thing.

As humans stuck here on planet Earth, it's very easy to lose sight of the reality that this isn't our home, that we are just passing through. It's so easy to get involved with things and causes, and many of them are good, but we forget about our mission.

Compared to the time this world has been here, our existence of 80 to 100 years is not very long. It is helpful to check in with headquarters once in a while to see if our path is lined up with our mission.
